At Beauty Hound, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of outgoing shipping ($6.50 for orders with free shipping).

Here's what you need to know:

• Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all packaging, tags and labels attached.
  • Opened or used items may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

• Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 3-4 days after the return is processed.

• Return Shipping:

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a valid tracking number. We recommend insuring your return package.

• Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned due to undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or incorrect shipping information, the cost of outgoing shipping ($6.50 for orders with free shipping) will be deducted from the refund amount.
